The bottom line with Usentio is that nothing we do or recommend will add time to your schedules.
One of the biggest barriers standing in the way of strategically managing user experience is time. So, by design, the Usentio Action Planner only recommends research plans that can be implemented in the time available before launch.
Too often, when usability testing is being discussed, it is a secondary consideration (the build is primary) that adds time to already approved delivery dates.
And if the project is high risk, this puts the project team in an untenable situation of either testing or launching on time. Almost always, the timeline wins and important research projects are cancelled. This is true even on companies with dedicated research professionals and even organizations with “human factors” staff.
