The facilities we use for all qualitative events are designed to meet very specific goals and foster exceptionally high levels of collaboration and effectiveness from cross-functional teams.
Usentio’s rigorously documented and time-tested requirements for lab facilities means that we can run labs just about anyplace so long as the location can support:
- “Think aloud” facilitation techniques
- Participation of all key stake holders
- Team de-briefings
- Comfortable and professional environment for test recruits and clients alike.
While we can test in virtually any location, Usentio does have a strategic partnership with Fieldwork. Through that partnership, Usentio can schedule lab events in cities convenient to its clients.
Fieldwork labs have actually been designed by Usentio co-founder Loren Burke who, prior to forming Usentio, was the founder and CEO of Usability Systems, a usability lab designing/implementation firm with clients like Apple, United Airlines and other leading brands.
